गायत्री मन्त्रः

Gayatrī Mantra (Rig-Veda: 3.62.10; Yajur-Veda: 36.3)

ॐ भूर्भुवः स्वः
तत्सवितुर्वरेण्यं
भर्गो देवस्य धीमहि
धियो यो नः प्रचोदयात् ॥

Om bhūrbhuvaḥ svaḥ, tatsaviturvarēṇyaṁ, bhargō dēvasya dhīmahi, dhiyō yō naḥ pracōdayāt. . .

Meaning:
Om, Pervading the Bhu Loka (Earth, Consciousness of the Physical Plane), Bhuvar Loka (Antariksha, The Intermediate Space, Consciousness of Prana) and Swar Loka (Sky, Heaven, Consciousness of the Divine Mind),
That Savitur (Savitri, Divine Essence of the Sun) which is the most Adorable,
I Meditate on that Divine Effulgence,
May that Awaken our Intelligence (Spiritual Consciousness).

“La única diferencia entre la meditación y la interacción social ordinaria es que el amigo que poco a poco vas conociendo eres tú mismo”.

(( “The only difference between ‘Meditation’ and ‘Ordinary social interaction’ is that the friend you’re gradually coming to know is ‘Yourself’.” ))

❖ Mingyur Rimpoché

Chapter-29. DaoDeJing by LaoZi (Translated by Stephen Mitchell):

Do you want to improve the world ? I don’t think it can be done. The world is sacred. It can’t be improved. If you tamper with it, you’ll ruin it. If you treat it like an object, you’ll lose it. There is a time for being ahead, a time for being behind; a time for being in motion, a time for being at rest; a time for being vigorous, a time for being exhausted; a time for being safe, a time for being in danger.  Therefore the sage: Eliminates extremes, Eliminates excess, Eliminates arrogance.  (i.e. The Master sees things as they are, without trying to control them. She lets them go their own way, and resides at the center of the circle).
